    2 (8 1/2-ounce) packages corn muffin mix
    1-1/4 cups milk, divided
    Vegetable Cooking Spray
    1 (5-ounce) can chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
    1 (5-ounce) can chunk ham, drained and flaked
    1 tomato, cut into 8 slices
    1 (11-ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    8 slices bacon, cooked

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400°F.

    In bowl, combine corn muffin mix with 1 cup milk. Spoon into 8x11-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

    Stir together chicken and ham; spoon over cornbread. Top with tomato slices.

    Combine soup and remaining milk. Pour over cornbread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with bacon slices.

    Bake 10 minutes

    Serves 8
