    4 croissants, sliced in half lengthwise
    1/4 cup prepared mustard
    1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, sliced lengthwise
    1/4 lb. Gouda cheese, sliced

    Recipe



    Spread mustard over one cut side of croissant. Divide sausage and cheese equally between croissant halves. Top with remaining half and serve.
