    2 lb. Flank Steak - cleaned & trimmed
    6 hard Rolls

    Marinade:
    1/2 c. Red Wine
    1/2 c. Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    1 tbsp. fresh Garlic - minced
    1 tsp. cracked Black Pepper
    2 med. Shallots - julienned
    1-2 Chipotle Peppers - seeded/chopped
    2 c. Olive Oil

    Mayonnaise:
    1 c. Hellmans Mayo
    1 Chipotle Pepper - seeded/chopped
    1/2 Lemon - juiced to taste Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
    Method:
    combine all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator 1-2 hours to develop flavor.

    Combine all ingredients for the marinade, add flank steak making sure it is completely covered. Refrigerate overnight or at least 12 hours. Remove from marinade, place on a med. hot grill 4 to 6 min. per side for rare or longer for well done. When cooked to your taste slice on extreme bias into thin slices, place on hard rolls, spread the chipotle mayo. on roll and serve immediately.
