    1 lbs bacon
    1 small onion
    1 small garlic clove
    16 ozs can kraut
    1 package(s) kiebalsa sausage
    1 tbsp celery salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 package(s) frozen bread
    1 cup(s) paramsiam cheese

    Recipe



    Chop Kiebalsa sausage into small pieces.
    Chop onion into small pieces
    Fry and crumb bacon.
    Press garlic clove.

    Drain bacon after frying.
    Add onion, and saute. 5-7 minutes.
    Add kraut,celery salt, pepper,kiebalsa sausage, garlic clove.
    Brown 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat.

    Raise bread according to package.(Pre-Prep)

    Make the bread into bun portions.
    Roll into a circle and place 1 cup filling into it.
    pinch shut.
    place seam side down on a greased sheet (up to 12 per cookie sheet) and butter top. (add parmasian if desired)
    Bake 25 minutes. serve warm.
    Bake at 350 degrees.

    Serves 12
