These pita pockets go well with a salsa topping. They make an easy, quick lunch or supper.
List of Ingredients
2 to 2 1/2 cups green seedless grapes
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce package) low fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 to 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low-cal
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
4 small pitas, halved
Recipe
Blend all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Divide and spread mixture into pita pockets. Insert lettuce if desired
