    Makes 4 servings

    1/4 cup Colombo® nonfat plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
    2 pita breads (6 inches in diameter),
    cut in half
    4 slices (1 ounce each) fully cooked ham
    8 thin slices tomatoes (1 medium)
    1 cup loosely packed spinach leaves
    1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)

    Recipe



    1. Stir together yogurt and mustard.

    2. Spread mustard mixture evenly on inside surface of each pita half.

    3. Place 1 ham slice, 2 tomato slices and 1/4 cup spinach leaves in each half; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons cheese.
