    1 6oz. can of tuna (water packed)
    3 Tablespoons light mayonaisse
    ½ cup pineapple chunks
    3 slices low fat cheese
    3 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

    Recipe



    Mix tuna, mayo, and pineapple. Spread between 3 slices of toast. Top each with a slice of cheese. Melt in microwave for 15-20 seconds.
