    1 (8-ounce) slice (3/4-inch thick) deli turkey breast, cubed
    4 ounces (1 cup) Cheddar Cheese, cubed 1/2 inch
    1/2 cup sliced cucumber, cut in half
    1/3 cup sliced radishes
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 rib (1/2 cup) celery, sliced
    1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 (6-inch) pita breads, cut in half
    Leaf lettuce

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Fill each pita bread half with leaf lettuce and 1 cup turkey salad.
    Makes 4 servings

    TIP: Prepare turkey salad as directed above. Place salad in resealable plastic food bag or covered container. Place pita bread in resealable plastic food bag. Place salad and bread in cold picnic cooler when transporting. Assemble pitas at serving time.
