1 box Rice or Corn Chex
1 12 oz. package of chocolate chips
1 cup of peanut butter (Feel free to double this item)
1 stick of butter
1 Box of Confectioners Sugar


Recipe



Prepare a bowl or zip lock plastic bag with some of the confectioners sugar.
Melt the chips, peanut butter and butter together. (One of those double layer sauce pans with water in the bottom would be pretty cool here, although I suppose a carefully used microwave might do the trick.)
Dump the Chex into this chocolate mess you just created.
Transfer some of the now chocolate coated Chex to the bowl or bag with confectioners sugar and cover completely with sugar.
Continue to transfer more of the Chex/Chocolate mix to the confectioners sugar, adding more confectioners sugar as necessary until you are down to licking the bowl. You may want to transfer the already coated Chex to another container as you go. (I'm tempted to suggest using a kitty litter pooper scooper for this, but I'm sure there is a Pampered Chef alternative.)
