List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 ( 16 oz. ) whole berry cranberry sauce
2 cups chunky picante sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon grated orange zest


Recipe



In medium bowl combine pork, egg, salt, pepper, rosemary, an bread crumbs. Roll into balls and brown in olive oil. In large skillet, put in cranberry sauce and break into chunks. Add picante sauce and simmer over medium heat. Add orange zest and meatballs. Stir to coat. Simmer until done. Transfer to crock pot sprayed with Pam to keep warm.
