    1-cup fine vermicelli noodles
    2 cans chicken stock
    2 cans, 5oz. size, cubed chicken
    1 package frozen peas and carrots
    1-teaspoon dry onion flakes (or 2 teaspoons fresh minced onion with a pinch of pepper)
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    In a large stew pot combine stock, chicken, peas and carrots, salt and pepper, and onion. Bring to a boil. Add uncooked vermicelli. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vermicelli is tender, about 10 minutes. Consult package instructions for cooking time of vermicelli.
