    Coffeehouse Cream of Tomato Soup

    Saute chopped onion and celery until tender.

    Open a large can of diced tomatoes.
    In a soup kettle pour tomatoes and
    Add at least 8 to 12 cups chiocken broth. Add celery and onion. Boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
    Season with salt, pepper and 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar.

    Make a cream sauce.
    Pour into soup. Simmer soup.

    Season with dill.
    Taste to see what is needed.
    Serve with cheese and croutons.
