Hot and Sour Soup

1/2 pound tofu, slivered
2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Chopped green onions in 2 teaspoons Chinese sesame seed oil (as a garnish)
Recipe
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add tofu, cabbage, vegetable bouillon cubes, salt and soy sauce. Simmer together for three minutes. Add white vinegar and cayenne pepper. In small bowl, dissolve together 3 tablespoons water and cornstarch. Stir the dissolved mixture into the soup and stir until thoroughly mixed. Garnish with chopped green onions and Chinese sesame seed oil.
