List of Ingredients




1 lb. ground chuck
1 ½ tsps. salt
2 tbsps. chili powder
1 cup tomato juice
1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can Mexican style chili beans
1 tsp. Tabasco




Recipe



Brown meat and onion. Discard grease. Add all other ingredients except beans. Cook slowly for 1 ½ hours. Add beans (undrained) and cook 45 minutes longer.

NOTE: If hotter chili is desired, add more chili powder, not Tabasco. Recipe can be increased by doubling, tripling, etc., ingredients.
