Tuna Bisque

List of Ingredients
2 cups of chicken stock
1 medium onion
1 potato, chopped
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrot
14 oz. can of mashed tomatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
6 1/2 ounce tin of tuna
Recipe
Combine first 10 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Mix second amount of milk and flour together until no lumps remain. Stir into simmering soup to thicken.
Add tuna and juice, breaking it up if necessary. Serve hot. Makes about 8 cups.
