    1 (10 oz) package fresh baby spinach
    8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
    ½ cup shredded Jarlserg cheese
    ½ cup toasted chopped walnuts
    Sweet Parsley Dressing

    Recipe



    Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss. Drizzle with Sweet Parsley Dressing, tossing gently to coat.

    Makes 6 servings

    Sweet Parsley Dressing
    ½ cup sugar
    ½ cup white vinegar
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 green onion, thinkly sliced
    1 tablespoon shopped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

    Whisk together all ingredients; chill mixture 20 minutes.
