Spinach Salad with Outstanding Dressing

DRESSING
1 c. vegetable oil
2 T. sugar
5 T. red wine vinegar
4 T. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp parsley,chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Salad
1 bag fresh spinach, washed and stemmed
1 small bunch romaine, torn
8 slices bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
croutons


Recipe



Put ingredients for dressing in a bowl and whisk. Mix dressing at least 6 hours before serving. Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Toss again and serve. Sometimes I add some water chestnuts. You will have enough dressing for at least 2 salads.
