    List of Ingredients




    6 oz. coffee (I brew Maxwell House master blend)
    4 oz. skim milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 - 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    10-12 ice cubes
    splenda to taste (I used about 3 tbsp)

    Recipe



    blend until the ice is crushed & pour into a large glass - this makes a BIG helping
