    List of Ingredients




    Cake Ingredients:

    1 pkg. Angel Food cake mix, dry
    2 TB fresh lime juice
    1 c. + 2 TB water
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel



    Margarita Glaze Ingredients:

    3 TB sugar
    3 TB lime juice
    3 TB tequila
    3 TB triple sec
    3 TB water

    Recipe



    Cake Directions:

    Mix ingredients together and beat by hand until blended. Bake as directed. Cool upside down for best results.



    Glaze Directions:

    Combine ingredients in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 3 mins or until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Liberally pierce entire surface of cake with skewer; drizzle glaze over cake. Let stand 10 mins.
