    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. light butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 cup eggbeaters
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 t. baking soda
    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 c. smashed bananas
    1 t. vanilla

    Recipe



    Cream butter, sugar and eggbeaters. Alternating, add remainder of ingredients. Pour into 24 baking cups or prepared muffin pans.

    Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
