    5 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
    1 medium cucumber, unpeeled, seeded and chopped (1 cup)
    1 cup Yoplait® Grande! 99% Fat Free plain yogurt
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Recipe



    1. Mix tomatoes, green onions and cucumber in large bowl; set aside.

    2. Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl, using wire whisk, until well blended. Toss with tomato mixture until well coated.
