    List of Ingredients




    6 Cups water
    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    30 ounces Bush's Great Northern Beans -- (15 oz. each) undrained
    1 lb. Frozen white corn
    2 cans chopped green chiles -- (4 oz.)
    juice of one lime

    Recipe



    In a Dutch Oven or soup pot:

    Bring to a boil water, chicken, lemon-pepper, cumin and bouillon. Simmer for 20 minutes (until chicken is tender) and add beans, corn, chiles and juice of one lime. Heat until corn is tender and heated through. 5-7 minutes.

    To serve: Squeeze 1/4 lime over each serving. Add WW points or calories/fat grams accordingly for grated cheese, low-fat sour cream, baked tortilla chips.

    1 and 3/4 cup serving sizes.
