    FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE

    List of Ingredients


    • RITZ CRACKER CRUST:
    • 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    • 3 egg whites, beaten
    • 1 t vanilla
    • 1 c sugar
    • 1/2 c chopped pecans
    • FILLING:
    • 1/2 c butter
    • 3/4 c sugar
    • 1 t vanilla
    • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
    • 2 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter or margarine.
    2. Gradually add sugar, creaming well.
    3. Blend in vanilla & chocolate.
    4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition on medium speed.
    5. Turn into Ritz crust & chill several hours before serving.
    6. Garnish with whipped topping, chocolate curls, & toasted pecans.
