List of Ingredients




1 cup Cream Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup finely chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup fresh chopped Basil
1/4 cup grated Carrots
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic



Recipe



Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and sour
cream, mix until smooth.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste
4. Chill for at least 4-6 hours before
serving



SOUR CREAM AND ONION DIP


4 radishes, chopped
1 sm. piece of green pepper, chopped
1 sm. piece cucumber, chopped
1 lg. sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Mix all together. Serve with potato chips.
Mix together; chill for at least 1 hour. Ready to serve. Great with chips and veggies.


CREAMY ONION DIP


1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Blend all together. Makes 2 cups.
