Another child-hood memory is when my mama made these for supper.
List of Ingredients
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. worchester sauce - opt.Recipe
Remove salmon bones if desired and break up fish with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Make into pattie and bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
NOTE: Some people like to leave the bones in and crush them up. They are a good source for calcium.
