    Not as good as the old fashion version, but is great for a quick fix. and it's fool proof.

    List of Ingredients




    1lg can of enchilada sauce
    3c instant rice (Minute Rice is best)
    water(enchilada sauce and water need to equal 3cups)
    chicken bouion(granulars)
    onion & garlic powder

    Directions
    use a large glass serving dish w/lid
    add rice, enchilada sauce and water, sprinkle top with bouion, garlic & onion powder. cook as pkg directions.
