    List of Ingredients





    DRESSING:
    1/3 c. oil
    2 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
    2 tbsp. raspberry jam

    SALAD:
    8 c. torn spinach leaves
    3 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
    1 pt. raspberries
    Macadamia nuts or cashews

    Recipe




    Toss spinach leaves, kiwi, raspberries and nuts. Mix together dressing ingredients. Just before serving toss salad with dressing.
