    THESE ARE VERY TASTY AND GOOD FOR GATHERINGS

    List of Ingredients





    3 dozen Pepperidge Farm's party rolls
    8 oz. chopped ham
    3 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    3 tbsp. poppy seed
    1 med. onion, grated
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tbsp. mustard
    2 sticks margarine

    Recipe



    Soften margarine to room temperature. Add poppy seed, onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Spread this mixture on cut sides of top and bottom of party rolls. Sprinkle with ham and cheese. Put tops on and bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.


    PARTY-SIZE ITALIAN BEEF FOR SANDWICHES
    8-10 lb. roast
    2 bay leaves
    1 Au Jus Gravy Packet
    2 Good Season Italian Dressing Packets
    Salt and pepper
    3 c. cooking broth
    Submarine buns

    Cook 8-10 pound roast, until well done with 2 bay leaves and water. Mix Italian Good Seasons salad mix per package directions. Add gravy packet to 3 cups cooking broth at a boil per directions. To broth add mixed salad dressing. Check taste - salt and pepper if needed. Tear up beef roast and add to juice. Simmer until tender. Serve on sub or hoagie rolls with pepperoncinis.


    SPAM SANDWICHES


    12 oz. Spam or bologna
    1 sm. jar green stuffed Spanish
    olives, drained
    1 sm. onion
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. sweet relish
    1 sm. can Hunts tomato sauce
    16-18 slices Velveeta cheese

    Grind Spam, olives and onion. Mix together mustard, Worcestershire sauce, relish and tomato sauce. Stir into Spam mixture. Spread on buns, place cheese on top. Wrap in foil. Place in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. 16 to 18 sandwiches.
