    Recipe Introduction

    GREAT FOR PARTIES

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter, melted

Add: 1 sm. grated onion or onion flakes
    2 tbsp. poppy seeds
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp. regular mustard

    Recipe

Buy shaved or very thin sliced ham, about 1/2 pound. Very thin slices of Swiss cheese (I get the deli to slice mine), about 1/2 to 3/4 pounds. 3 package Pepperidge Farm finger rolls. Slice rolls in half. Spread sauce on each half. Add ham and cheese. May be returned to original roll packages and frozen until needed.Wonderful for when company comes to those hungry teenagers who never seem to get enough to eat. To serve, heat at 325 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.

    PARTY FINGER SANDWICHES
2 sm. cans chunk chicken or ham
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 sm. can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Take 18 slices of bread and cut the crust off. Make 9 sandwiches and cut them each into 4 squares. Makes 36 finger sandwiches.

    PARTY HAM SANDWICHES
1 (24) pkg. sm. dinner rolls
    Sliced ham
    Sliced Swiss cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 tbsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tbsp. poppy seeds

To make sauce, melt butter and add the sugar, mustard and poppy seeds. Slice intact rolls in half (like cutting a sandwich bun open). Put sauce on both sides. Arrange ham and cheese to fit rolls. Reassemble in pan. Cut into individual rolls. Bake in pan uncovered at 350 degrees until hot and cheese melted about 10-15 minutes.
