    List of Ingredients





    5 strips crisp fried bacon
    10 ears fresh white corn
    1/2 stick butter/margarine
    1 tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Cut cleaned corn off of cobs into a large mixing bowl. Mix flour, water, salt (separate dish). Add mixture to cut corn, stir and pour into skillet with melted butter. Cook, uncovered over low to medium heat 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour into serving dish, sprinkle crumbled bacon strips over top. 6 to 8 servings.
