    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    3 ounces bacon bits
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tomato, chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1-quart casserole with non-stick vegetable spray.

    In prepared casserole, combine cheeses, garlic, onions, bacon bits, and sour cream; mix well.

    Bake for 45 minutes. Top with chopped tomato.

    Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
