    List of Ingredients




    1/4 pound (about 1 cup) goat cheese
    4 cups grated spicy Jack cheese
    4 cups grated Cheddar cheese
    4 cups grated plain Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 cup green chiles, chopped
    1/2 cup spinach, cooked, drained and chopped
    2 to 3 artichoke hearts, chopped
    1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
    1 head elephant garlic, pureed

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients together in ovenproof or microwave-safe bowl. Warm in oven or in microwave until melted.

    Makes about 24 servings
