    1 to 2 cloves garlic, peeled
    2 c shredded sharp cheddar
    1/4 c beer
    1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Place garlic in a food processor. Pulse until well minced, about 5 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Process until mixture comes together, about 30 to 40 seconds.
    Spoon cheese spread into a small serving bowl.
