    2 anchovy fillets
    1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, chop and mash anchovy fillets; add mayonnaise and blend well. Add mustard, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and pepper; blend thoroughly. Cover and chill.

    Serve with crisp vegetables.
