10 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces Monterey jack cheese
7 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (7-ounce) jar pimientos, drained
2 Tbsp grated fresh onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared horseradish
2 dashes cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise









Recipe



Combine shredded cheeses and cubed cream cheese. With an electric mixer at medium-low speed, blend just until cheeses form a mass. Add pimientos, onion, Worcestershire, horseradish and pepper sauce. Stir until combined. Add mayonnaise and mix to spreading consistency.

Cover and chill.
