    Smoked Salmon Dip

    List of Ingredients




    10 oz. smoked salmon
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup red onion, diced 1/8"
    1/4 cup green onion, diced 1/8"
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro, fresh
    1 tsp. black pepper, table grind
    pinch kosher salt
    1/2 ea. fresh lime Dash Tabasco sauce

    Recipe




    Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
    Place all ingredients in a mixer, except the salmon. Blend on Medium speed.
    Remove mixing bowl and gently flake the salmon into the mixture.
    Using a spatula, fold the salmon into the cream cheese mixture.
    Chill in refrigerator
