1 package of frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or ½ tsp garlic powder
1 16-oz container sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325.
1. In a large sauté pan, sauté garlic in 2 tsp olive oil until golden.
2. Add creamed spinach and artichokes and stir until heated through. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in sour cream and cheeses. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish. Top with additional mozzarella, if desired.
5. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly.
6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
