    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    3/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
    1/3 cup shallots, coarsely chopped (about 3 shallots)
    1 T. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 t. lemon zest, minced
    1/2 t. kosher salt
    1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1 T. minced fresh tarragon
    Bagel chips

    Recipe




    Blend cream cheese, yogurt, tomatoes, shallots, lemon juice, zest, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
    Fold in parsley and tarragon, then chill for at least 1 hour.


    Serve with bagel chips.
