    Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    4 ounces blue cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons onion juice
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard






    Recipe



    In saucepan, combine vinegar and cheese and heat until cheese has melted. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve dressing on tossed green salad. Can also be used as a dip for raw vegetables.
