    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground meat
    1 box rotini pasta (spiral)
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -- divided in half
    1/2 package sliced pepperoni (2-oz.) -- divided in half
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    1 tablespoon garlic powder

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Brown meat in skillet and drain. Boil the pasta according to package and drain. Mix the ground meat and pasta together. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 1/2 of the pepperoni, the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix well. Transfer into a 13-by-9-by-2-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and remaining 1 ounce of pepperoni on top.

    Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on the remaining 1 ounce mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake for remaining 15 to 20 minutes. This prevents the cheese from getting hard around the edges. Serves a family of six or a hungry family of four
