    List of Ingredients




    1 tbl olive oil
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c tomato based pasta sauce
    1 c shredded sharp Cheddar
    4 c cooked spaghetti (abt 8 oz)
    2 tbl shredded Parmesan

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Place olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Crumble in ground beef and add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring and breaking up lumps of meat, until beef is brown and cooked through. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer meat to bowl (draining fat). Add mushroom soup, pasta sauce, 1/2 cup Cheddar, cooked spaghetti and 1/2 c water and stir to mix. Transfer mixture to ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar and parmesan.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until bubbly.
