    Mahi Mahi in Lemon Caper Cream Sauce

    4 Mahi Mahi fillets
    Butter for sautéing
    1 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
    2 tsp. capers
    ¼ cup white wine
    Juice of ½ lemon
    ¼ cup heavy cream
    1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Brown the butter in sauté pan. Add mahi and cook on high heat for approximately 2 minutes per side. Add shallots and capers. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add juice from lemon then add the parsley and heavy cream. Reduce liquid until sauce thickens. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste. Cook until fork-tender.
