1 tbsp. butter
8 oz fresh salmon fillet, skinless and sliced 1/4 inch thick
3 thin lemon slices
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. capers and juice
Recipe
In a large frying pan melt butter on medium-high heat and as butter starts to brown add salmon and lemon slices, cook for approximately one minute shaking the pan occasionally. Turn salmon slices over, add lemon juice and capers, cook about 1 minute more, transfer salmon to a plate, pour sauce, capers and lemon slice over salmon.
