    Wicked Cajun BBQ Shrimp

    List of Ingredients




    Marinade
    (ingredients vary on the level of spice you want)
    1-2 Jalapeño's sliced with seeds
    ¼ c. vegetable oil
    1-2 tbsp. of Cayenne pepper
    1-2 tbsp. of pepper
    3-4 cloves garlic mashed


    Cajun BBQ Shrimp


    BBQ Butter
    1 lb. butter softened
    ¼ c. garlic (minced)
    1 tbsp. black pepper
    1 tbsp. paprika
    1 tbsp. fresh rosemary (minced)
    ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
    1 oz. Tabasco


    Recipe



    1. Mix softened butter in a mixer for 2 minutes.
    2. Remove stems from Rosemary. Chop fine and add to butter.
    3. Add remaining ingredients. Whip for 15 minutes. Stop half way through and
    scrape down sides of bowl.
    4. Cover and refrigerate

    BBQ SHRIMP APPETIZER PREPARATION
    1. Make marinade.
    2. Mix in shrimp. Refrigerate for not more than 24 hours.
    3. Cook shrimp only in a non-stick pan until they are 3/4 of the way done.
    4. Add a generous helping of BBQ butter.
    5. Dish up and pour remaining sauce over the top.
