    1 pound thin spaghetti
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    Freshly ground pepper
    Chopped fresh Italian (flat leaf) parsley



    Recipe



    • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain it when it is al dente (firm to the bite); place on a heated serving dish.

    • Meanwhile put the oil and crushed garlic into a small saucepan to heat. Saute the garlic over high heat, removing it as soon as it becomes golden brown. Pour the hot seasoned oil over the paste and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and chopped Italian (flat leaf) parsley.

    Serves 4-6
