Green Chili Cheese Pie
1-1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 partially baked Pie Shell
1 can chopped Green Chiles
1 cup Half&Half cream
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. ground Cumin
1 lb. cooked, drained lean Ground Beef
Recipe
Sprinkle jack cheese and half the cheddar cheese over bottom of half baked pie shell. Distribute chiles evenly over cheese. Beat cream with eggs; add salt and cumin. Pour over chiles. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40
minutes or until set. Sprinkle cooked ground beef and remaining cheddar cheese over the top. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
