Shred or chop one head of iceberg lettuce in small chunks and salt.
Dressing:
Mix in a jar,
1 T olive oil
2 T vinegar
2 T water
3 cloves garlic that had been chopped VERY fine or pressed
Shake and add
1/2 c. Gorgonzola or blue cheese.
Pour on lettuce and let sit at least 1 hour.
