3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup Rhine wine
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon McCormick's Big 'N Bold Spice Blend (Santa Fe Style flavor)
8 to 10 large, uncooked scallops
8 to 10 large, uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
8 ounces imitation crab, cut in cubes
10 tablespoons condensed lobster bisque soup (undiluted)
1 cup half-and-half cream
Recipe
Melt butter in large frying pan. Add wine and heat through. Add mushrooms and onions and saute 5 minutes or until onions are clear. Add garlic powder, garlic salt, salt and Santa Fe spice. Add scallops and shrimp. Cook until scallops and shrimp are about half done. Add imitation crab, undiluted soup and cream. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
