    3 c fresh whole cranberries
    3/4 c cider
    3/4 c sugar
    2 strips orange zest
    1 tsp lemon juice

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in non reactive saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook at a very low boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Transfer to serving dish. Cover and refrigerate.
