Baked Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower (about 3 pounds)
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, room temperature
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill weed, chopped
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
Black pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Trim leaves from cauliflower and cut stem flush with bottom of head. Mix butter, dill weed, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl. Spread mixture over top and sides of cauliflower.
Place cauliflower in baking dish. Bake in preheated oven, covered tightly with foil, for 75 minutes or until tender. Transfer cauliflower to serving bowl and drizzle with pan juices. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
